Our Mission

Our mission is to build a program that promotes the sport of wrestling, creates opportunities for young women, and competes at the highest level. We will strive to uphold the greatest wrestling program in the history of college athletics in the new landscape of collegiate women's wrestling. We will coach, train, develop, mentor, and empower young women to prepare them for life's journey wherever that might take them. The Cowgirl Wrestling Club is dedicated to empowering young women through the sport of wrestling by fostering discipline, resilience, and confidence. Rooted in the tradition of Oklahoma State—the most storied wrestling program in college athletics—we are committed to creating a culture of excellence built on hard work, accountability and respect. With grit and heart at our core, we act and compete like a varsity program, preparing athletes to succeed at the highest level on the mat, in the classroom and in the community. Our ultimate goal is to develop not only competitors, but leaders in life.
